Privacy notice
This notice is issued under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. It covers the data we collect through the solteccpu.com site, its forms and the contact channels it offers. It does not cover the applications SolTec CPU develops or operates for its clients, which are governed by the contract with each organization.
1. Identity and address of the data controller
SOLTEC CPU, Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada (hereinafter "SolTec CPU" or "we"), with Mexican tax ID (RFC) SCP230720FY0, is the controller of your personal data.
Address: General Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico.
The full address appears on our tax invoices and in the contracts we sign, and we will provide it in writing on request.

2. Personal data we collect
When you fill in the contact form

When you try the demo AI agent
On the AI agents, order desk and demos pages you can chat with demo agents that serve fictional companies. We store the messages you type and the agent's replies, together with a random conversation identifier, your browser identifier (user agent) and an irreversible hash of your IP address, to limit usage, review the quality of the replies and improve the agent. Messages are sent to Anthropic, the AI model provider, solely to generate the reply. If you ask the agent to have us contact you and give it your name, email, company or phone, that data is treated the same as the contact form's. Do not type sensitive data or confidential information into the demo.
When you contact us on WhatsApp, email or phone
Your number or email, your name as it appears on the channel, and the content of the conversation, which we use solely to handle your request.
When you browse the site
Technical and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate country and city, visit source (for example, an ad or a search) and advertising identifiers. See section 6.
We do not collect sensitive personal data through this site. Please do not include it in the form message or in WhatsApp conversations.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (necessary for our relationship with you)
- To answer your request for information or an assessment.
- To schedule and hold the assessment call and prepare a proposal.
- To manage the business relationship if you decide to hire a service.
- To prevent abuse of the form and keep the site secure.
Secondary purposes (you may opt out)
- To measure site usage and the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- To show you SolTec CPU ads on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn, including remarketing to people who visited the site.
- To send you information about our services that we consider relevant to your company.
If you do not want your data processed for the secondary purposes, write to ventas@solteccpu.com saying so, or disable cookies as explained in section 6. Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.
4. Transfers and processors
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for those third parties' own purposes. The following providers process data on our behalf, solely to provide the service indicated:

These providers have their own privacy policies and security measures. Any other transfer that requires your consent will be notified to you beforehand.
5. Retention
Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from submission and then deleted, unless there is an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation that requires keeping them longer. Conversations with the demo agent are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
The site may use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (pixel) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) for the secondary purposes described. These tools are active only when SolTec CPU has campaigns or measurement configured.
You can disable them at any time:
- From your browser settings, by blocking or deleting cookies from solteccpu.com and third parties.
- Through the ad settings of Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
Disabling them does not prevent you from using the site or sending the form.
7. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it if it is inaccurate, cancel it when you consider it is not needed for the purposes of this notice, and object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw the consent you have given us and limit the use or disclosure of your data.
To exercise these rights, email ventas@solteccpu.com with:
- your name and a way to reply to you,
- a clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data it refers to, and
- any document that helps locate your data.
We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your request and, if it proceeds, act on it within the following 15 business days. Exercising these rights is free of charge. If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may turn to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) or the authority that replaces it.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice to reflect legal changes or changes in our services or practices. The current version will always be published at solteccpu.com/aviso-de-privacidad with its update date.
